Hot water extraction is the best way to clean carpets. Don’t let anyone tell you different. A hot water cleaning solution under high pressure is forced into your carpet and then sucked out. Use a provider with a truck mounted unit. It’s the most powerful cleaning machine and cleans your carpet of harmful bacteria, fungus, chemicals, pollens, tobacco residue and dust mites.
Hot water does not damage your carpet. By washing and then rinsing your carpet with hot water, is a complete cleaning method.
HOW MANY DAYS IN A THREE DAY NOTICE?
Usually 4 – 6 days
The day of service does not count.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count
No notice can ever expire on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. If it would expire on one of these days it will expire the next business day.
If you serve a 3-day notice on Friday, it will expire the following Wednesday

New investors that are interested real estate want to get involved, but don’t know where to start.
Before I entered the real estate business I inherited some money and wanted to invest. But I wanted an advisor to guide me. I searched, but most agents represented the seller or their own investments. I discovered there was nobody to represent my interests.
I decided to enter the business and after investing, reading everything I could about the business and taking coures, I began to make investments and make some mistakes.
I decided that their were others that needed my help. They needed to be represented in a real estate transaction because nobody else did this service.
I represented new investors in this case professionals, CPA, Doctor, Lawyer. I found property for them and later formed a management company to manage their portfolios.
It was a great service for them and made me a good living.

You have read the one page ads in the newspaper or watched an infomercial on TV. The message is the same only the package is different.
The message is similar to what follows: Now is the time to buy real estate with low prices and low interest rates.
This is all true, probably won’t see an opportunity to buy affordable real estate with rates the lowest I have seen in my lifetime.
But before you run out and buy please listen to a veteran real estate guy who has developed, brokered, syndicated, exchanged, and managed real estate for 44 years. DON’T BUY UNTIL YOU TALK TO ME OR ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGER. The reason we know the local markets, we know the current rents, we know the neighborhoods, and we know the properties that rent well.
I get new investors all the time that have already bought and then they come to me to manage their property. When I tell them what they can receive in rent they are shocked. They say so and so said it would rent for such and such. Who is so and so? They tell me and my response is they are not in the trenches with us and are only guessing.
